Biography
Antony Sin is currently teaching Business law and Company law at the Faculty of Business, Chu Hai College of Higher Education. Antony was awarded his Master of Laws in Commercial and Corporate Law by the University of London, the Postgraduate Certificate in Law by The University of Hong Kong and his Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) by City University of Hong Kong.

Antony has over seven years of experience in teaching business law and company law at the Faculty of Business, Chu Hai College of Higher Education. Before joining our faculty, Antony has worked in the private sector as tax adviser at a Big Four accounting firm. Besides his experience in the areas of tertiary education and tax advice, Antony has been appointed by the HKSAR government for the public offices including adjudicator in the Obscene Articles Tribunal, the Registration of Persons Tribunal, the Appeal Board Panel (Town Planning), the Appeal Panel (Estate Agents Ordinance), the Immigration Tribunal and the Transport Tribunal.

Antony has also published his academic research in district council election law, gender law and discrimination law through local publishers.
